Exfoliate the night before.
Do not moisturise on the morning of the tan, do not use too much deodorant and be careful where it goes
Wear loose clothing to the appointment, avoid socks and tight shoes.
Leave your bra off until you wash off the tan to avoid marks.
Avoid touching your skin too often and if you do wash your hands straight after to avoid tanned fingertips.
If you do get wet pat the area softly and gently blend.
