Your appointments are very important to us, and is reserved especially for you, while we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

If you cancel with less then 24 hours notice we reserve the right to charge you 50% for that appointment and any deposit paid is non refundable.

Please note if you miss an appointment completely we reserve the right to charge you 100% for that appointment.
